Tennis | Montjane, Ramphadi to represent SA at Australian Open 2024

 

The world’s top wheelchair players are heading to Melbourne to participate in the biggest wheelchair draw yet at the Australian Open. South Africa’s representatives in the women's and quad categories will be Kgothatso Montjane and Donald Ramphadi.

The Australian Open 2024 wheelchair championships will showcase increased draw sizes, featuring 16 men, 16 women, and 16 Quad players in the first Grand Slam event of the year.

The wheelchair events are scheduled to take place at Melbourne Park from 23rd to 27th January 2024. With equal prize money for men, women, and Quad divisions, the confirmed entry list for AO 2024 is as follows:
