About the RMC Grand Finals

The annual highlight of the Rotax karting season, the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals will take place at the Kartodromo Internacional Algarve in Portimão from November 19 – 26, 2022.

We’re on the #roadtoportimao – together with 396 enthusiastic Rotax competitors from more than 60 countries plus their technicians, teams and supporters, for the ultimate showdown of the season. It is the celebration of the RMC champions and the drivers who qualify from around the world. This will be the biggest Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals to date in the 23-year history of this amazing karting event, which is uniquely LIKE NO OTHER championship in this sport.

It’s the fourth time that the RMCGF returns to Kartódromo Internacional do Algarve (previously 2012, 2015 & 2017) and the fifth occasion since Viana do Castelo 2006 in the north, that Portugal has been the host.
