Permutation highlights:
- Tunisia cannot improve their ranking with victory over the lower-ranked Uganda.
- Uganda will fall two places to 41st if they suffer defeat in the first of a two-test series with Tunisia – three if the margin is by more than 15 points.
- However, Uganda will become the higher ranked of the two teams in 38th if the match ends in a draw with Tunisia falling two to 39.
- Uganda could climb three places to 36th in victory – if in tandem with a Czechia loss to Lithuania – with Tunisia falling six places to 43rd.
- Defeat by more than 15 points would see Tunisia drop nine places to 46th.
- Czechia must win by more than 15 points to climb one place to 34th and swap places with Kenya.
- Lithuania will also drop two places if beaten by Czechia in their Rugby Europe Trophy 2023-24 encounter.
- Czechia will slip below Sweden if held to a draw on home soil by Lithuania, who would climb two places to 42nd.
- Lithuania will become the higher ranked of the two Rugby Europe Trophy rivals in victory, climbing six places to 36th to sit one above Czechia unless Uganda beat Tunisia in which case the gain will be only five places.
- Czechia stand to fall four places to 39th if beaten by more than 15 points.
