South African Hockey has announced the U21 Men’s and Women’s squads set to compete at the upcoming SA Hockey Interprovincial Tournament (IPT), taking place in the last week of July in Cape Town.

The tournament serves as a crucial preparation event for both teams ahead of their respective FIH Junior World Cups later this year. With valuable game time against senior provincial sides, the IPT provides a perfect platform to fine-tune combinations and sharpen competitive edge.

The SA U21 Men head into the tournament with confidence, having won the IPT title in Johannesburg in 2024. The Women, who finished fourth last time out, will be eager to climb the standings and build momentum for their international campaign.
