“We have a packed programme for this year’s Gym Games,” says Anne Vermaak, Gymnastics SA CEO. “Not only are we hosting over 2 500 South African gymnasts across three venues, but we’re also hosting the 1st African Jump Rope Championships. This inaugural Rope Skipping competition will take place between 6 and 8 October at Joni Bach and feature some of the best rope skipping from across the continent.”
“In addition to the return of family and friends at our venues, we are also very excited about our new broadcast agreement with DStv’s SuperSport Schools, which will allow a much bigger audience to follow all the Gym Games action on their streaming devices,” adds Vermaak.
