BMX | South Africa Announces BMX Team for 2025 UCI BMX World Championships in Copenhagen
Cycling South Africa is proud to announce the riders and support team who will represent the country at the 2025 UCI BMX World Championships, taking place from 28 July to 3 August 2025 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Hosted at the world-class Ved Slusen BMX track in Amager, this year’s World Championships will welcome thousands of the globe’s top BMX athletes to compete for the coveted rainbow stripes. The week-long event will see Challenge and Masters categories racing from 28–31 July, followed by the elite Championship events culminating in the finals on 2 and 3 August.
Flying the South African flag high in Copenhagen will be the following riders:

The 2025 UCI BMX World Championships promise fast-paced racing on a newly refurbished and technically demanding track. With high-speed straights, sharp asphalt corners, and a buzzing international atmosphere, it’s set to be one of the biggest BMX events of the year, attracting over 3,500 riders and thousands of fans.
