Sponsorship | Required to compete at the World Kickboxing Competition in England

My name is Danika Liebenberg and I would like to invite you to sponsor me for my World Kickboxing Organization tour held in England from 16 – 19 October 2025.

I have been part of a Mixed Martial Arts family in Jeffreysbay, South Africa, for the last 6 years and have obtained various first places in local competitions. Last year I participated in the national KOSA competition and received a 1st place and was SA champ in my division for Continuous fighting.

The 14th- 15th of June 2025, I participated in the MASA competition in Pretoria and represented the KOSA family and received 2 x 1st place and again SA champ in both Points and Continuous fighting. This resulted in me being picked to represent South Africa at the World Kickboxing Competition in England in October 2025.

I humbly ask if your organisation would consider sponsoring one or two items or part thereof that is on the list below. Also, see KOSA official sponsorship letter attached.

Cost estimate of the tour:
The following are ESTIMATES depending on the exchange rate of the South African Rand and the Great Britain Pound
1. Air Fare: International flights estimated at R19 000.00.
2. Accommodation: £75 per person, per night. (R1 800 x 7 nights = R12 600-00)
3. Visa: R3 131per person
4. Medical Insurance: R440 per person.
5. Administration fee: R1 000.00 per person
6. Entry Fee per athlete: 1st Category £65, 2nd & 3rd Category will be £45 each and any additional categories will be £25 each- Between R1 560 & R4 320
7. Team Uniform: Unform will include competition apparel, tracksuit, 3x T-shirts, 2x Golf Shirts, a sports bag & backpack- R4 000.00.
8. Competition equipment: Internationally approved Head guard, Boxing Gloves, Point Fighting Gloves, Foot Padding, Shins Padding, Groin protection, Breast protection (Female)- R5 500
9. Transportation: Airport transfers to and from Manchester Airport and the hotel - £80 per person (R1920)
10. Sustenance: Daily average for lunch & dinner: £40 per person (R960 x 7 = R6720)
