My name is Elizabeth Dumagude, I am an IFBB Wellness Competitor and have my National Colours in Bodybuilding.

 
After winning my line-up at Gauteng Regionals in July 2024, I was invited to SA Champs in August 2024. I placed 2nd in my line-up, and I have since been selected to represent South Africa in IFBB Worlds held in Tokyo, Japan later this year (16 to 19 December 2024).In 2023, I was the second black athlete to win a triple title (A regional title and two national titles in the same year and consecutively).

As athletes, we need to fund the trip ourselves, which is quite costly, despite the big honor it is to even be selected.
