Help with Kyle Seconds Dubai Rugby Sevens expenses

I trust this email finds you well? Hope you had a wonderful Christmas season and do wish you a prosperous new year. Please note this mail is an application for your sponsorship process.
We wish to apply for Kyle Seconds (going on to be a 2nd-year sport student at Western Province Rugby Academy). Kyle and a few players from this academy were chosen last month to play at the Dubai Rugby Sevens. It was indeed a wonderful experience for the team as it was their first time playing abroad. Blue Runnings Sports International was arranging everything for the players and attached a letter from them.
We as parents were advised to seek sponsorship in order to help us contribute to settling the full amount for this trip. We fully understand your policy terms and conditions regarding the sponsorship. We would really appreciate your kind consideration of this application. I have also attached a copy of the invoice for the tournament, we would be grateful for any sponsorship from your side.
