The victory saw Montjane sweep past Tanaka without losing a single game, firmly establishing her dominance on the court.

Currently ranked No. 8 in the world, Montjane needed only 49 minutes to triumph over Tanaka, who holds the seventh spot in the world rankings, 6-0, 6-0. This win extended her impressive winning streak against the Japanese player to 5-0 in their head-to-head series.
