Harris falls short in 2023 Mallorca ATP 250 semis
South Africa's Lloyd Harris suffered a defeat in his semifinal clash against Christopher Eubanks of the United States at the Mallorca Championships on Friday. The match went to three sets, with Eubanks emerging victorious, winning 6-4, 3-6, 7-5 (11/9), after a gripping battle that lasted 2 hours and 21 minutes.
Nevertheless, it was an impressive run from Harris, who fought his way through the qualifying rounds to reach the main draw semifinals.
In addition to his singles performance, Harris, along with his Indian partner Yuki Bhambri, has advanced to the doubles final. They will face off against Robin Haase and Philipp Oswald for the doubles trophy on Saturday.
