BSI Premier Division Cycle 2 72-Hole Championship

Congratulations to Sean Paxton on winning the BSI Cycle 2 72-Hole Championship played on Royal Johannesburg - East & West Courses.Sean won by just one stroke over the four rounds from 2nd placed Gilbert Chalwe, who left his eagle putt to tie the tournament on the final hole just short. Sean took a share of the lead on Day 1, and ensured he kept his lead by going 7-under in the second round, 2-under in the third round, to go into the final round 4 shots ahead.He clinched the win with rounds of 73, 65, 70 & 73 (-7). Sean has shown some great form this year in both internal and external events, with a leap of 76 places in the Golf RSA rankings from 1 January 2023 to 15 June 2023, to find himself in 31st place.
