Fiji break Springbok Women's hearts in Auckland
It was heartbreak for the Springbok Women as they went down 21-17 (half-time 14-7) in their second pool clash at the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand, with a try at the death clinching the victory for Fiji after 80 minutes of tense rugby.
A minute earlier South Africa had taken a 17-14 lead through a Libbie Janse van Rensburg penalty goal, but they failed to control the ball from the restart, Fiji worked it through a number of phases and at the end, Karalaini Naisewa scored the match-winning try and broke the Women Boks’ hearts.

Breakaway stays clear as Gibbons 4th in Langkawi
Ryan Gibbons took 4th place on Stage 5 from an eleven-man escape on the flat run-in from Kuala Kangsar to Kulim (172km) at the Tour of Langkawi today.
The day's strong breakaway formed after the first hour of racing with all the major teams represented, including UAE Team Emirates through Gibbons.
They would hold a lead of approximately a minute for the final 30km with no organised chase from the peloton behind, with UAE with options through Molano in the case of a sprint.

Springbok Women’s starting team unchanged for Fiji
Springbok Women coach Stanley Raubenheimer retained his starting XV for their second Rugby World Cup clash in New Zealand and made only one change to the replacements for Sunday’s match against Fiji, which kicks off at 06h45 (SA time) in Auckland.
