The ABB FIA Formula E World Championship is set to race in Cape Town, South Africa for the first time on 25 February 2023, following approval at the FIA World Motor Sport Council meeting today.

Tennis SA hosted a three-day Wiphold training camp which brought together fourteen of the country’s most talented young female tennis players at TuksTennis, University of Pretoria.

Mokoka: Every title is important
Despite narrowly missing out on breaking his race record on Sunday, Cape Town Marathon champion Stephen Mokoka said he was delighted to win in challenging conditions.
In a 42.2km race that featured over 13 000 athletes, Mokoka clinched his third Cape Town Marathon win on a hot and humid day in the Mother City.

Proteas crush Black Caps in warm-up
South Africa thrashed New Zealand by nine wickets in a T20 World Cup warm-up match in Brisbane on Monday.
The Black Caps were bowled out for 98 in 17.1 overs, with stand-in Proteas captain Keshav Maharaj taking 3-17 and Wayne Parnell 2-8.
The Proteas needed just 11.2 overs to reach their target. Reeza Hendricks (27 off 24 balls), Rilee Rossouw (54* off 32) and Aiden Markram (16* off 12) all spent valuable time at the crease.
