Banyana Banyana coach Desiree Ellis announces final 23-woman squad for 2022 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations.
20 June 2022 – Banyana Banyana coach Desiree Ellis has announced the final 23-woman squad to represent South Africa at the Africa Women’s Cup of Nations in Morocco from 2-23 July 2022.
The coach also announced three players who will be on the standby list.

Day 2 results of the African Junior Tennis Championships for Boys & Girls 14 & U and 16 & U in Cairo, Egypt. The under-14 boys and girls teams remain unbeaten in the tournament as both teams picked up their second straight wins, storming to a 3-0 victory over Tunisia and Kenya, respectively.

South African boys’ under-14 team recorded their third consecutive win of the week at the African Junior Championships for Boys & Girls 14 & U and 16 & U in Cairo, Egypt on Thursday.
After whitewashing Tunisia on Wednesday, the South African team repeated that feat when they beat Kenya 3-0.
Boys and girls’ under-16 teams picked up their second victories when they defeated Morocco 2-1 and Togo 3-0, respectively.
