Following the inaugural Class of 2023 which premiered in December last year, SuperSport Schools is thrilled to announce we’re back with Class of 2024!
Brought to you by Takealot, with Under Armour as the official apparel sponsor, this four-part series will once again shine a spotlight on the most memorable moments, team triumphs, and individual achievements from the 2024 school sports season.
Airing from 19-22 December 2024 on DStv Channel 216 at 19:00 CAT, the Class of 2024 kicks off with a special Where Are They Now? episode, revisiting the stars of the Class of 2023 to see how their athletic careers have evolved since their induction to date. The second episode, Creating Future Stars, will highlight the key school sports events and festivals that helped shape the next generation of rising talent.
The series continues with two more episodes, one focusing on Winter Sports and the other on Summer Sports. The finale, airing on 22 December, will be an hour-and-a-half special celebrating the highlights of the Summer Sports season and revealing the Class of 2024—a prestigious list of 30 exceptional athletes (15 boys, 15 girls) who have earned their place among the elite. Each inductee will receive an exclusive Under Armour SuperSport Schools Class of 2024 hoodie from their Unstoppable range.
