Waterski-Defending Champions in EU action
3 SA Athletes in Europe
Jan Johnson returns to Europe to defend her Europe and Africa title in the +65 Women's Slalom waterski event. She is the reigning World Champion and record holder for the event and age group. Jan is joined by Robbie Alexander who is also the European and Africa title holder in the Men +45 Slalom waterski event and age group. The 3rd athlete is Samantha Bloemsma who skis in 3 events - slalom, tricks, and ramp jumping. The combination of the score gives her an overall score and she was placed in 3rd place last year in the +35 Women's event.
SA is proud of these athletes and their achievements and wish them good luck. Jan left the country saying - "If all goes well, I will show them all this year!"
