Simbine Pipped     Ferdinand Omanyala edged Team SA’s Akani Simbine to be crowned king of the men’s 100m at the African Athletics Championships in Mauritius. As adults, we have a duty of care, and it is our responsibility to stop the cycle of neglect, abuse, violence, and exploitation of children.
